If you have been blogging for awhile now, you may already heard about WordPress.
Just in case that you haven’t heard anything about it, WordPress is simply a Content Management System (CMS) that is widely used by popular bloggers and authority websites like TechCrunch, BBC America and Impact Instrument of The Unity Network tools in the Philippines.
Because of its user-friendly interface, WordPress slowly dominate the internet until it reached to power-up the 26% of websites on the internet as of this date.
The best part is that, it is very easy to learn even if you are not an I.T. professional. PLUS you can find a lot of support and tutorials that you can ask some help in case you run into trouble on your website.
Why Use WordPress?
If you are a serious blogger, service provider, online entrepreneur or an offline business owner, having a website is a huge advantage to widen the reach of your market.
The thing is that, hiring someone to setup your professionally-built website and update it often can cost you huge amount of money because you might can’t update the website because you don’t know how to code.
Now, here is WordPress! If you knew how to work with Microsoft Word or any desktop applications, then you can use WordPress to update your website regularly.

If you are out of budget and you love sharing your passion online, WordPress.com is one of the best options – as you may want to upgrade your blog or website later on.
If you are a blogger or business owner, investing into the self-hosted WordPress is a professional move that will give more control over your website.
WordPress is Search Engine – Friendly.
Google and other big search engines love WordPress. This is because it written based to the compliance standard quality code which produces semantic mark-up that turn your website seductive to Google bots. Lol!
Plus you can make it more search engine – friendly using this highly recommended Yoast SEO Plugin or All-in-One SEO. There are other plugins that can help push your website rankings to Google SERPs as well but I will not mention it on this post.
