Many bloggers out there that got problems on creating a new post for their blog post. Mostly this happened for those who are new to blogging. We may knew that Content is King in blogging business. But to create a good content or a pillar article is not that simple as a piece of cake.

1. “How to” Articles – this kind of article is the tutorial – like article where you teach someone on doing a specific task. This kind of article also have more impact from your readers especially newbies of a certain field they are in like blogging.

2. Information Sharing – this kind of article can grab the attention of your reader if the information you had shared is related on what they looking for. In blogging, most beginners want more informations about the topic they cover, you got an informative article, you have the confident to share it to them. Remember that the title of your articles have played a big role.

3. Tips and Tricks Sharing – novice bloggers are fun of knowing what are the tips and tricks had a good or successful blogger. They want to absorb all the info they got from your articles and try to perform it on their own. If you have this kind of article, you can grab the attention of your readers.

The stated examples above are just a few basic examples of creating a good articles for your blog. Having a good article or shall we say a pillar article, could build the credibility to your blog as well as for the author. Below are the tips how to create a good articles that holds a long time traffic to your blog.

Know first who are your target readers

Knowing your target will give you more focus on building your article because you already knew who will read your post. You can adjust the way you express your feelings and thoughts to your articles.

Say like for example;

If you target a newbie blogger then you want him to teach how to create a blog and to become successful on the field he entered. Newbie don’t have the knowledge and information of doing such thing. So, you need to construct a beginner type of articles so that he/she can easily understand what are you trying to feed him/her.

Don’t create an article that just take for granted.

Most beginner and even novice bloggers did this kind of wrong deeds. They think that they need to post as many articles as they can in order to grab more traffic to their blog which will only take a short period of time. They only create article just to post without reviewing what they did. Most newbie thinks that their reader will just ignore the facts and false of a certain information they shared and they just take it for granted.

Having a good or pillar articles could drive more traffic to your blog even though if you will create another updates to your blog on the next days to come. This kind of article is your first stepping stones to success as a blogger.

Make it short and informative

Most readers want to read a post which is short and informative because most of them are lazy reading long articles. They might think that it takes time to finish the article they have read and only take the main information on the last part of the your article. Don’t make a long introduction upon constructing your article. Remember that they don’t need the long introduction but the main concept of your post.

Good grammar and no wrong spelling.

Having a good grammar on creating your article post will give you confidence on sharing it to others. If your readers found out that you have lots of wrong grammar and wrong spelling, do you think that your reader think of you as a worthy source of information? Some of them feel shame to themselves upon reading your articles. They might give you more corrections and it is must not to happen.

English language is not my primary language because I am a Filipino. But I tried my very best to express my thoughts and feelings through writing in english form. Just practice and practice expressing yourself in an english form of language. Well, english language is our Universal Language. Some of my professors said that, “Speaking good English could help you land a good job.”
