There are many ways and strategies to gather more traffics to your blog likewise, buying traffic, link exchange, using forums and media networks. Another effective traffic gathering strategy was the so called Exchanging Banner Ad. What do you mean by this and how does it works?

As I’ve gone blogging for how many months, I think this strategy is very rare. Because most bloggers/blogs that I’ve seen are selfish of sharing their hot ad spots on their page. They prefer to sell their space to make money especially for the beginners. Yes this is true because for sometime ago, this thing was one of my mistakes. No advertisers have an interest in your blog if you don’t have much traffic.

Exchanging Banner Ad is very effective to gather traffic to your blog. This process similarly called Direct Advertising. The only difference is that this process is absolutely free. All you have to do is to negotiate other bloggers with the same niche you have and offer him/her to have an exhange banner ad. If this blogger agrees with your offer then he will give you a banner ad code which is linked to his/her blog. The same process goes to you too. You can also make a banner ads image and put some words that says, “Accept Banner Ad Exchange.” Some visitors might have an interest to your site and he will be the one to negotiate and contact you through comments or by email. Make sure that your banner ad image is linked to the page that contains your contact details and your offers.

Tips and Conclusions

If you are a blogger that don’t have much money to buy traffic, this strategy is very helpful to you. But make sure to negotiate other bloggers that has the same level as you. Don’t try to make a negotiations with a high traffic blogs or you might ended to rejection and it will only waste your time. Except if that owner of that high traffic blog is a friend of yours.
